Finish-less welding assembly processing with minimized distortion using fiber laser welding.

Materials: A5052, t1.6mm. This is a large cover made through welding processing. Due to the welding length exceeding 1,000mm and the material being aluminum alloy, it is difficult to process with manual welding. However, by using a fiber laser welding machine, we achieve strong welding while minimizing distortion, resulting in a finish that requires no further processing. After painting from the state shown in the photo, the product is complete. Reliable technology cultivated over more than 50 years of establishment.
